Empowering Students with the Knowledge & Confidence to Say No
Vaping among teens has reached epidemic levels, yet most students have no idea what they're getting into when they start. Using the Hero's Journey framework from his book Unlocking the Hero Within, Joshua Wayne gives students the tools to think critically, resist peer pressure, and make healthy choices before addiction takes hold.
This is not a lecture or scare tactic - it is a real conversation that treats students with respect while giving them the facts and confidence to make informed decisions.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the science of nicotine addiction and how it hijacks their brain
- Recognize how the vaping industry targets them through deceptive marketing
- Understand why vaping drains their power (energy, focus, confidence, money)
